PAINT SALES SPECIALIST

We are currently seeking a Paint Department Sales Specialist. Our Paint Sales Specialists often express that their favorite aspect of working in this role is the interaction with customers, the opportunity to learn about various products, and how these products can enhance customers' living spaces. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure a safe working environment
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service, which includes welcoming customers, providing product information, completing transactions, and coordinating deliveries
  3. Utilize a designated computer system to mix paint colors
  4. Uphold store standards in terms of inventory management, restocking, and merchandising
  5. Stay informed about new products and participate in department-specific training sessions
Qualifications:
  1. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  2. Experience in sales and customer service
  3. Familiarity with paint products is advantageous
  4. High attention to detail
  5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  6. Willingness to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  7. Capability to learn and operate the relevant computer system for order processing
  8. Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent is preferred
