About the Role

Cybercheck is a pioneering cyber intelligence company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Specialist to drive sales growth and support our expansion aims in the Law Enforcement sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities to help us achieve our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent prospecting activities, using our repeatable sales process to move prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Use a consultative selling approach to align with business outcomes and needs, identifying client budget, maintaining sales records, and providing accurate and timely updates.
  • Business Development: Commit to continual knowledge development in areas of sales process & methodology, our solutions, and relevant industry knowledge to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide support, and maintain open communication to ensure seamless sales operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of direct, consultative, Technology solution sales experience in the Law Enforcement or commercial cybersecurity sector.
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Skills: Proven experience in a business-to-business sales environment, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and helping the company grow revenue.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial salesperson with excellent communication, listening, demonstration, and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
