Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Overhead Crane Operator to join our team at Ocean Steel & Construction Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating remote controlled overhead cranes to load and unload structural steel beams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate overhead cranes to load and unload steel beams from flatbed trucks in the yard.
  • Work with order lists to organize and prioritize loads for safe transportation.
  • Assist in rigging steel beams for transportation.
  • Support other areas of operations, including receiving and paint shop.
  • Use airless paint sprayer as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating overhead cranes.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
