Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Specialist to join our team at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc. This role will be responsible for leading technical implementation work, including provisioning new customer instances of LW software applications, hosting setup, data transfers, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement coordinated project plans to manage successful client implementations, conversions, and professional service engagements across the Lone Wolf platform suite.
  • Conduct pre-sales activities, including technical specifications and defining work scope for custom and enterprise-level customers.
  • Provide regular internal and external status updates, highlighting accomplishments and risks.
  • Document client build technical specifications and track project work to ensure implementations are progressing on-time and within budget.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of in-progress product development, product vision, and Lone Wolf direction.
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate technology industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of technical aspects of the role, including project planning, multitasking, and self-management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
  • Outstanding customer relationship skills and experience working with product and QA teams.
  • Prior experience with real estate systems or related software/applications is preferred.
