Role Overview

The Technical Implementation Specialist is responsible for overseeing the technical deployment of Lone Wolf software applications for new clients. This role involves various critical tasks to ensure a seamless integration process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical implementation process, which includes:
  • Provisioning new customer instances of Lone Wolf software applications.
  • Setting up hosting environments and managing user access and credentials for new clients.
  • Facilitating data transfers, exports, and migrations.
  • Integrating systems with third-party APIs and software applications.
  • Providing technical troubleshooting support in collaboration with implementation teams and clients.
Project Management
  • Develop and execute a coordinated project plan to ensure successful client implementations, conversions, and other professional service engagements across the Lone Wolf platform suite.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, which may involve drafting technical specifications and defining the scope of work for custom and enterprise-level clients.
  • Deliver regular status updates to both internal teams and clients, highlighting achievements and potential risks.
  • Document technical specifications for client builds.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure implementations are completed on schedule and within budget.
Industry Knowledge
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of ongoing product development, the overall product vision, and the strategic direction of Lone Wolf.
  • Stay informed about trends and advancements in the real estate technology sector.
Qualifications
  • Education: A diploma or degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in client services, training, or consulting roles.
  • Location: Remote opportunities available in the US and Canada.

  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding service standards and KPIs.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and effectively resolve issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Outstanding customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with Product and QA teams to troubleshoot, test, and enhance products.
  • Prior experience with real estate systems or related software applications is preferred.
