Job Summary:
BeBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in a technical support role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing guidance with product installation and configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via various communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist customers with product installation and configuration
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least two years of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work with a variety of software and hardware
