Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Specialist to join our team at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading technical implementation work, including provisioning new customer instances of our software applications, hosting setup, data transfers, system integrations, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation Project Management
    • Develop and execute coordinated project plans to manage successful client implementations, conversions, and other professional service engagements across our platform suite.
    • Provide regular internal and external status updates highlighting accomplishments and risks.
  • Technical Implementation
    • Provision new customer instances of our software applications.
    • Host setup, including access and credentialing new customer users.
    • Data transfers, exports, and migrations.
    • System integrations to third-party APIs and software applications.
    • Occasional technical troubleshooting alongside implementation teams and clients.
  • Pre-Sales Activities
    • Conduct technical specifications and define work scope for custom and enterprise-level customers.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Document client build technical specifications.
    • Track project work to ensure implementations are progressing on-time and within budget.
  • Industry Knowledge and Skills
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of in-progress product development, product vision, and company direction.
    • Maintain a good knowledge of the real estate technology industry and trends.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Education: A diploma or degree in computer science or a related field.
    • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting.
    • Location: Remote US and Canada.
    Requirements
    • Proven track record of technical aspects of the role.
    • Exceptional project planning skills and ability to multi-task.
    • Self-starter with ability to work remote under minimal to no supervision.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs.
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently manage multiple projects and resolve issues.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills.
    • Outstanding customer relationship skills.
    • Experience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test, and improve products.
    • Prior experience with real estate systems or related software/applications preferred.
