Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Premium Sales function within a designated geographic area. As a key member of our Sales Leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, mentoring and developing our Territory Managers, and delivering market insights and analysis to inform our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet predefined sales targets and develop short- and long-term sales strategies to maximize sales revenue and meet established business targets.
  • Mentor and coach Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and develop their skills in territory management, product knowledge, industry knowledge, selling skills, and sales success.
  • Proactively manage under-performance, leveraging coaching and development planning as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with office functions, including Education, Inside Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources.
  • Role model a player/learner mindset within the Sales Organization, actively listening, communicating openly and candidly, embracing change, soliciting feedback, and celebrating wins.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in high growth corporate markets.
  • Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and maintaining auto insurance coverage.
  • Previous sales experience with an exceptional track record of long-term sales growth and organic growth achievement.
  • Superior organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Proven capability with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced, MBA strongly preferred.
