Core Competencies
  • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and in good standing
  • Experience in Home and Community Care is an asset
  • Current BCLS certification (Level C)

  • Charting on Procura is an asset
Requirements
  • Clear and updated Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last six months)
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable car in community homecare is required
  • Up-to-date TB test within the last two years
  • Must have your own:
    • Stethoscope
    • Blood pressure cuff and Sphygmomanometer

Shift Requirement: 2-10pm

Note: This is a specialty program for Peritoneal Dialysis (optional), Wound Care, IV Management, Diabetic Care, and Post-Operative Care in the community.
