About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Acme Accounting Solutions Inc. as a permanent full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegation and Prioritization: Delegate tasks to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Perform data entry, train staff, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Cultural Competency and Awareness: Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers and support the recognition of foreign credentials for newcomers and refugees.
  • Youth Support: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
