Position Overview

The role of a Culinary Support Staff at 2272803 ONTARIO INC involves assisting in various kitchen operations to ensure a smooth and efficient food service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Setting: Arrange clean dishes, cutlery, and other dining essentials in serving areas.

  • Supply Replenishment: Ensure condiments and other dining supplies are adequately stocked at tables and serving stations.
  • Manual Cleaning: Sanitize and wash dishes and kitchen items by hand when necessary.
  • Pot and Pan Care: Scrub and maintain pots and pans in good condition.
  • Food Inventory: Keep track of food quantities utilized in the kitchen.
  • Take-Out Packaging: Prepare and package food for take-out orders.
  • Customer Service: Serve patrons at counters or buffet setups.
  • Stock Management: Organize and stock refrigerators and salad bars efficiently.
  • Food Preparation: Utilize both manual and electrical tools to clean, peel, slice, and prepare food items.
  • Supply Handling: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in appropriate storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Dispose of kitchen waste and trash responsibly.
  • Floor Maintenance: Clean and polish floors to maintain a hygienic environment.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
