Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandise: Analyze sales data and inventory levels to optimize merchandise displays and promotions, ensuring maximum sales potential.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our retail team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring that all products are properly displayed and priced.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, attention to detail, sitting
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player, dependability, ability to multitask
