Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Analyze sales data and inventory levels to optimize stock levels, manage inventory, and implement strategies to increase sales.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our retail team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, attention to detail, sitting
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player, dependability, ability to multitask
