Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Renovco. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our restoration and after disaster professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and produce estimates in a timely manner
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on tasks
  • Keep clients informed about their files
  • Manage and respond to emails and faxes
  • Update client records and maintain accurate information
  • Answer phone calls and take detailed information from clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Update Xactanalysis and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant in the construction or renovation industry
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Exceptional software skills, including MS Office suite, Xactimate, and Xactanalysis
