Opportunity Overview
Aecon is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including correspondence, report preparation, and meeting organization.
- Assist in the development of tender documents and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Manage and maintain records, including employee lists and organizational charts.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure timely submission of expense reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure effective project delivery.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in administration or secretarial work an asset.
