Sales Tech Enablement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Tech Enablement Manager to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our sales enablement team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs, tools, and resources to support the success of our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver technical training programs to support the sales teams
- Develop and maintain technical guides, training decks, demos, and other resources to support sales teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft and package high-value, easy-to-use tools
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops, and other projects in groups or individually
- Collect feedback on effectiveness of training and tools and continuously work to improve quality of content, format, and delivery
- 3+ years of experience in technical training and related certification programs
- Experience in adult learning best practices
- An undergraduate degree is preferred
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, someone who leads by inspiring and enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment
