At Softchoice, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Tech & Tooling Enablement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales enablement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technical training programs to enhance the skills of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver technical training programs to ensure our sales team has the necessary skills to effectively sell our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our training programs are relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training content and materials.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, technical training, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Knowledge of sales enablement best practices and industry trends.
