Sales Tech & Tooling Enablement Lead

At Softchoice, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Tech & Tooling Enablement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales enablement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technical training programs to enhance the skills of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver technical training programs to ensure our sales team has the necessary skills to effectively sell our products and services.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our training programs are relevant and effective.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training content and materials.
  5. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, technical training, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  5. Knowledge of sales enablement best practices and industry trends.
