Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to clients via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Respond to client requests for technical support, including software updates, password resets, and external laptop connections.
  • Manage the creation, resolution, and follow-up of technical support tickets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both French and English languages, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Experience working in a call center environment.
  • Ability to work a 24/7 rotational schedule, including days, evenings, and overnights.
