Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead implementations from start to finish, conducting client workshops, gathering requirements, and providing conceptual design
  • Collaborate closely with right-shore teams to design and build complex working solutions for our clients
  • Develop strong client relationships and work closely with stakeholders and business teams
  • Support pre-sales activities and work closely with product engineering teams to convey business wish lists and grow the application product
  • Go-live, post-go-live, and escalation support
  • Analyze customer configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements
  • Advise partners on implementation methods to ensure customer success
  • Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies to ensure recommended best practices are implemented for our clients
  • Support in escalations to provide timely solutions
  • Participate in business process workshops and planning to ensure quality HCM process models are adopted
Requirements:
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP); Professional certification level preferred
  • At least 8 years consulting experience in SuccessFactors/HCM
  • Experience with minimum of 3 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
  • Ability to travel up to 100%
  • Good understanding of industry-specific business processes (if applicable)
  • Understanding of the Business Process hierarchy (L1-L4) and contribution to it
