Senior Implementation Consultant

At Netomi, we're revolutionizing customer experience with cutting-edge AI technology. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of AI for top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with sales and customer success managers to scope out projects and provide effort estimations and timelines.
- Participate in discovery calls with customers and cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Lead technical project activities, including solution architecture design, to ensure seamless delivery.
- Architect complex projects requiring integration with multiple products, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Perform advanced configuration and troubleshooting of Netomi's solution(s) to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accessible on our centralized repository.
- Provide guidance on best practices and participate in reviews with customers to drive excellence.
- Collaborate with different teams for effective troubleshooting and deployment.
- Lead business discussions to showcase Netomi's value proposition and drive customer adoption.
- Analyze customer health and develop strategies to improve AI Agent performance.
- 5-6 years of experience in project management, preferably from a consulting organization.
- At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS-based organization conceptualizing and deploying solutions.
- Strong client/stakeholder management skills and proficiency in communication.
- Ability to deliver under stressful conditions and experience in implementing SaaS products.
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases, as well as strong tool experience with JSON, Datadog, Postman, and API Integrations.
- Basic or moderate understanding of NLP.
