Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Application Support Specialist to join our team at Lightspeed. As a champion of world-class customer service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their seamless experience with our B2B platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch support to clients via chat and phone channels, resolving technical issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our NuORDER system, including web and iPad app functionality, to effectively troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
  • Communication: Interact professionally with VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot app issues, test to replicate client experiences, and work collaboratively to achieve the best customer outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to team-wide project work, helping to improve processes and achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in an analytic, customer service, or SaaS/technology-related role, with experience in B2B or SaaS product support.
  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Analytical skills, data manipulation in Excel, service mindset, lifetime learning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
