Application Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class support to our clients who utilize the NuORDER by Lightspeed B2B platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via chat, phone, and email.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming customer tickets and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the NuORDER system and its features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolution of client issues.
  • Identify and report trends and patterns in customer issues to improve support processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
