We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at BROSOHO Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior chefs and kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Develop and implement new cooking techniques and menu ideas to drive culinary innovation.
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Source and procure high-quality ingredients to ensure consistency and excellence in our dishes.
  • Staff Management and Development
    • Supervise and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
    • Identify and develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
    • Implement and maintain strict food safety and hygiene protocols.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College or CEGEP diploma in culinary arts or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
