**Le poste et ses exigences**:
Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice, Operations Agile, the l’A**gent au service administrateurs **sera principalement responsable de la prise d’appels au service à la clientèle.

**Le titulaire de ce poste sera appelé à**:

- Assurer un service à la clientèle rapide, précis, respectueux et courtois ;
- Répondre aux appels des administrateurs concernant la gestion de leur régime ou toute question de réclamation et veiller à bien répondre aux administrateurs et à effectuer les retours d'appels au besoin dans un délai de 48 heures ouvrables ;
- Accompagner et supporter les administrateurs, lors des appels, avec l’utilisation de nos différents outils : portail adhérents, portail d’adhésion, portail administrateurs et les promouvoir lors des appels ;
- Répondre aux demandes des administrateurs transmises par courriel dans un délai de 48 heures ouvrables ;
- Communiquer avec l’administrateur de régime un mois après l’installation afin de faire à nouveau un survol de la garantie invalidité, dans le but de s’assurer que nous outils et/ou documents sont bien compris ;
- Supporter les agents au service adhérents au niveau de la prise d’appels, de l’accompagnement sur nos outils, pour répondre aux courriels ;
- Effectuer le traitement de toutes les demandes d’arrêt de paiement lorsque nécessaire au niveau du paiement d’une réclamation ;
- Adresser toute demande de correction (groupe/adhérents) au secteur responsable, toute situation de non-conformité, tout dossier traité en erreur (réclamations, mouvements d’adhérents, erreur dans les garanties du régime, etc.) ;
- Maintenir un niveau de connaissance satisfaisant afin d’assurer un service précis et de qualité;
- En étant en première ligne, reconnaître et saisir les opportunités de suggérer des idées/initiatives pour améliorer nos services en étant à l’écoute des commentaires/suggestions des administrateurs et les transmettre au secteur responsable ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les représentants de service afin de les tenir informés de toute problématique dans un dossier pour permettre au représentant de prendre action si nécessaire ;
- Optimiser son temps et offrir et assurer un support à la gestion privée pour tâches diverses ;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes demandées par son superviseur.
- Diplôme d’études collégiales
- Minimum de 5 années d’expérience en assurance collective
- Expérience en service à la clientèle
- Sens développé du service à la clientèle
- Excellente maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise écrites et parlées (requis)
- Polyvalence, débrouillardise et autonomie
- Capacité de faire preuve de jugement, d’intégrité et d’honnêteté
- Habileté à protéger la confidentialité des renseignements
