About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Moxies. As a Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your culinary expertise while working alongside talented chefs in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring smooth kitchen operations
  • Supervise kitchen staff and manage food preparation and cooking
  • Execute menu items in both prep and line areas and manage sales and profit budgets
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role with knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
