As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations. Your primary duties will include reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation, co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, and assisting in the preparation of operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. Additionally, you will be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, and overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized and reliable, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
