Sales Director for Earned Revenue Streams

CatchLight is a visual-first media organization that leverages the power of visual storytelling to inform, connect, and transform communities. We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales to join our team and drive revenue growth through our three earned revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed annual revenue targets for our Newsroom memberships, B2B sales, and Corporate sponsorships.
- Lead solicitations, prospecting, and relationship-building with clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Effectively communicate value propositions with prospects through virtual meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Manage and track all prospect/client interactions through Salesforce CRM.
- Develop contracts that align with CatchLight's services and meet client needs.
- Work with Local program leadership to develop consistent practices for onboarding and offboarding newsroom clients.
- Provide quarterly reports on progress toward annual goals to senior staff.
- At least 5 years of prior experience in sales.
- Experience and proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Passion for and understanding of client cultivation, local news, and/or photojournalism.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple sales funnels, clients, and prospects.
