About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at 2747234 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our accounting department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain accurate records of employee benefits.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to work overtime as needed.
