About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Shree Veera Inc. as a key member of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain accurate records of employee benefits.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the company.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with a focus on accounting or finance.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
