About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SCS Metals Limited. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Provide administrative support to our office operations, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
    • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents.
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
    • Send and receive messages.
  • Bookkeeping and Data Entry
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits.
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information.
    • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide general information to clients and the public.
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
    • Provide customer service.
  • Office Management
    • Organize and schedule office work.
    • Store, update, and retrieve financial data.
    • Weigh materials and goods.
    • Perform cashiering duties.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
