Job Overview
UPS is seeking a highly skilled HR Services Coordinator to provide support to our geographically dispersed teams. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for delivering HR services that require close proximity to business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job openings, creating job requisitions, and conducting recruitment outreach.
- Manage employee concerns and workplace investigations, ensuring a fair and equitable resolution process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Recent graduate from a Human Resources Management program or equivalent.
- Previous HR experience required, with a focus on employee support and recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong research and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers.
