The Ideal Candidate:
  • Hands-on experience in Bookkeeping and Accounting is preferred.
  • Team-oriented individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and capable of managing workload effectively.
  • Ability to think strategically while focusing on bottom-line results.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with accounting software.
  • Enjoys participating in team activities and events.
  • Entry-level roles such as Accounts Receivable require some experience with cash handling, payment processing, basic bookkeeping, and a strong numerical aptitude.
  • Senior positions, including Accountants and Managers, necessitate a minimum of three years of comprehensive accounting experience and relevant education.
Key Responsibilities:

Each position encompasses specific duties and responsibilities tailored to individual capabilities, including:

  • Executing daily audit, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate posting and record-keeping.
  • Conducting reconciliations and generating regular reports.
  • Assisting in the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports, filings, and analyses.
  • Providing support to team members within the accounting department and across other divisions in a constructive manner.
  • Participating in team, departmental, management, and board meetings as necessary.
  • Carrying out various administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks as assigned.
