- We are looking for a detail-oriented **Accounts Payable Supervisor** who will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable process and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers. In this role, you will be expected to maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts payable transactions. You will also be responsible for ma a team of accounts payable clerks and ensuring that all invoices are processed in a timely and efficient manner.**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the accounts payable department and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Develop and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Monitor and analyze accounts payable processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with operations to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices
- Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, including aging reports, and vendor performance metrics
- Train and develop accounts payable staff, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable
- Assist with audits and provide documentation and support as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in supervising a team of accounts payable professionals
- Experience in process improvement and implementing best practices
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations

**Salary and Team Perks**:
