Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager specializing in enterprise-level software to oversee a portfolio of significant global clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a selection of 20-25 high-profile accounts, focusing on maintaining revenue stability and achieving renewal targets.

This position requires a sales professional who excels in building and nurturing senior-level relationships through a consultative sales approach.

While this role is currently remote, there are plans to transition back to an office environment in the future.

Experience with large clients in sectors such as consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, cannabis, and retail is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts.
  • Ensure revenue retention and achieve renewal goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify upselling opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in enterprise account management.
  • Strong focus on renewals and revenue retention.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to work in an office setting (4 days per week).
  • Competitive compensation package with a base salary of 80K and an OTE of $120K to $140K in the first year.
  • Performance-based bonus plan and commission structure.
