Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in managing enterprise-level software accounts. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of approximately 20-25 major global clients, with a focus on maintaining revenue stability and achieving renewal targets.

The ideal candidate will possess a relationship-driven sales approach, capable of fostering and sustaining senior-level connections through a consultative methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse book of large global clients, ensuring revenue continuity year over year.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Work Environment:

This position is currently remote, with plans to transition back to an office setting in the future.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with large clients in sectors such as Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food and beverage, cannabis, and retail is highly desirable.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in enterprise-level account management.
  • Strong track record in renewals and revenue retention.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.

Compensation:

  • Base salary of 80K, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $120K to $140K in the first year.
  • Performance-based bonus plan and commission structure.
  • Monthly parking expenses covered.
