Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer II who will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and user experience. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and design expertise to create seamless interactions that resonate with our users.


Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate from initial concept through to final delivery, influencing product strategy and enhancing user engagement.
  • Champion user empathy by understanding the needs of our residents, families, and staff.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, research, content, data analytics, and engineering to ensure high-impact project execution.
  • Develop and refine a cohesive design language that reflects our brand across all digital touchpoints.
  • Mentor and elevate the design team through a commitment to professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance our product offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of seniors and their families.
  • Establish efficient design processes to facilitate scalability and effectiveness.

Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in product design.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in growth-oriented design.
  • Proven track record in designing web and mobile applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership in design projects.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to drive vision and execution.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and constructive feedback.
  • A portfolio showcasing exemplary product design work.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
