Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer II who will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and user experience. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and design expertise to create exceptional experiences for our users.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate from ideation to implementation to influence product direction and enhance user engagement.
- Empathize with users, including seniors, caregivers, and staff, to inform design decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, research, and engineering, to ensure high-quality project execution.
- Establish and refine a cohesive design language that aligns with our brand across all digital platforms.
- Mentor and elevate the design team through knowledge sharing and professional development.

Your Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in product design.

- Experience collaborating with technical teams to drive design strategy and execution.
