Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer II who will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and user experience. This position requires a blend of strategic insight and design expertise to create user-friendly solutions that resonate with our community.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive the design process from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
- Empathize with our users, including seniors, caregivers, and staff, to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, research, and engineering, to define and execute impactful projects.
- Enhance our design language to ensure consistency and reflect our brand across all platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the professional growth of the design team.
- Elevate our product offerings to become the preferred choice for senior living solutions.
- Establish efficient design processes to support scalability and effectiveness.
Your Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in product design.
- Preference for candidates with experience in growth-oriented environments.
- Proficient in designing for both web and mobile applications.
- Proven track record of leading design initiatives.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to drive vision and execution.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality product design work.
