Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager III to lead our plant operations team at McCormick & Company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products, as well as implementing and maintaining quality control systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Develop and implement quality control systems and processes to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of quality control initiatives.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors, ensuring that they meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with customers to understand their quality and safety requirements, and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our plant operations are in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including OSHA, EPA, and FDA regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as quality assurance, research, or product development.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others. Extensive knowledge of quality control systems and processes, including HACCP, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
