Role Overview:
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will partner closely with management to provide exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include driving new business initiatives while fostering and strengthening existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential sales opportunities while nurturing these leads.
  • Consistently meet sales objectives, ensuring reliable monthly performance and revenue generation.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our services/products and remain updated on industry trends.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, demonstrating excellent telephone skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all offerings to effectively address client inquiries.
  • Prioritize excellence in service delivery, client satisfaction, and sales outcomes.
  • Stay informed about relevant software applications and technological advancements.
  • Effectively track individual sales performance.
  • Ensure accuracy in tasks such as application processing, client profile management, and business proposals.
  • Participate in cross-training for various internal roles.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and self-driven.
  • Experience in a staffing agency is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

Attendance at all mandatory events is required. The role is dynamic, and your responsibilities may evolve as you advance in your career.
