Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at 24/7 Quality Home & Health Care Services Ltd. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our users, ensuring they have access to the resources they need to perform their duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
  • Offer advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Provide customer service and manage incidents.
Work Environment:

The User Support Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and will be required to multitask and manage their time effectively.

Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work accurately, as a team player, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills.
