About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through outbound sales calls, lead generation, and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct B2B outbound sales calls to prospective clients to qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
  • Research and identify businesses that would benefit from our services, and craft persuasive emails and sales pitches to engage potential clients.
  • Manage and update our CRM database, including scheduling calls, updating client records, and tracking appointments.
  • Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to track progress and achieve revenue targets.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly activity and lead generation metrics to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not necessary.
  • 1-2 years of B2B outbound call center or equivalent experience in lead generation and sales.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to follow a systematic method and sales process.
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Prior experience using CRM systems.
