Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ASB Law office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain Filing System: Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines.
  • Financial Statements: Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
  • Correspondence: Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents.
  • Review and Proofread: Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Word, MS Office, Electronic mail, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Organized, Reliability.
