Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Office Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including managing office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and invoices to ensure timely payment and compliance.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
