Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at PLAN IT CONSULTING INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure productivity.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and invoices to ensure timely payments.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
