Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at PLAN IT CONSULTING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Office Operations: Plan and organize daily office operations to meet business needs.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism is essential.
