As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries. You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, as well as setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth office functioning
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in an administrative role and a strong understanding of office operations. You will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
