Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Golden Bins Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate service areas.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sales.
  • Work a 40-hour week in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
