Employment Type: Full-time, 12-month contract with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple projects alongside the Senior Project Manager and Technical Director, managing timelines from 3 to 36 months for both small and large-scale initiatives (valued at $100M+).
  • Track project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate performance discussions with management and senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion with available resources, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Deliver comprehensive project reports, including monthly status updates, cost forecasts, cash flow analyses, and safety and quality assessments.
  • Guide and support project coordinators through mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage the request for information process for all project-related inquiries.
  • Prepare project proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • 7-15 years of project management experience in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work remotely as needed.
  • Contribute to a calm, clean, and respectful workplace environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree or PMP certification.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with Excel and related tools.
  • Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license for site visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed-term contract
Contract Length: 12 months

Compensation: $45.00-$70.00 per hour
