About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Drake International Inc. as a key member of our Construction Management division. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed within specified scope, schedule, budget, and meeting expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to completion, managing complex projects and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrate expertise in construction methodology, financial risk assessment, and professionalism throughout the project lifecycle, providing exceptional management for projects and multitasking all project-related items across various projects simultaneously.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Ensure effective communication with employees at all levels of the organization, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular project updates and ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned with project progress.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality and safety standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks and ensuring that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of construction industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and excellent time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
